Kameha Ventures is an
- stage Venture Capital fund launched by two

- investors with experience as entrepreneurs, M&A advisors, and operators in gaming and tech. We will be investing in startups building
- edge technologies born in the gaming world — with applications far beyond. Our first closing is expected by the end of 2025, and our portfolio already includes GYLD, Testwaves, Wave
Clear and more gems in the pipeline.

We're looking for a smart, driven, and versatile
junior Sales and Marketing executive

to join us — the
third person in the fund

— and work closely with us on both strategic and
- on initiatives.

What you'll do

As an early member of Kameha Ventures, you'll play a
- on role at the heart of an ambitious
- stage VC. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in key meetings (internal, founders, LPs) and ensuring clear tracking of next steps and outcomes
• Driving our visibility by supporting content creation for Linked
  In, newsletters, and portfolio updates
• Engaging with the ecosystem by helping prepare roadshows and major events like Gamescom, Slush, and beyond
• Shaping our narrative through regular updates of our deck, deal pipeline, and CRM (startups, LPs, ecosystem)
• Supporting lead generation, outreach and coordination with LPs, founders, and strategic partners
• Contributing to our growth by improving internal processes and operations as we scale

What we're looking for

• Driven professional with previous experience in
  VCs, tech, or gaming
• Prior experience working in small teams or
  - stage environments is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and concise writing and fully fluent in English (French a bonus)
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable joining a lean structure where everything remains to be written
• A genuine interest in startups, gaming, or venture capital
