To support the Group’s Finance team, Afrika Financial Group is looking for an Analyst to join its Lisbon office.

The Finance Analyst will be working in the Group’s Finance Department, assisting the Group’s Management Control Director. Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Take part in the annual budgeting process
• Review and audit Group’s subsidiaries financial statements on a monthly basis
• Assist on cost monitoring and update
  - end forecasts
• Monitor
  - group invoicing
• Assist on financial statements consolidation
• Possibility to travel to West Africa depending on projects (not mandatory)

The Analyst may also be asked to provide support to the Group’s subsidiaries, as well as to take part in the preparation of presentations to investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Economics, with special interest in Accounting
• Accounting knowledge:
  
  applicants should be familiar with financial statement analysis and consolidation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements)
• Microsoft Office knowledge:
  
  proficiency in Excel and Power
  Point to assist on presentations to Partners and Investors
• Entrepreneurial attitude:
  
  ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and readiness to accept high level of responsibility tasks
• Commitment:
  
  availability to contribute with new ideas and show good team spirit
• French (a plus, not mandatory)
