At RPE, you’ll be part of a team working with senior colleagues where you’ll gain direct exposure to live transactions.

Direct mentorship – work alongside Bill Judge and Tim Seconde, each with over 25 years of Iberian Capital Markets experience.

Cross-sector exposure – get involved across Retail, Offices, Logistics, and Living sectors.

Immediate deal experience – contribute to active transactions and build real execution skills.

Perfect for a motivated,

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Organised, proactive, and
- oriented

- A strong communicator and natural team player

- Eager to learn and take initiative

- Proficient in Excel and Power
Point (financial modelling skills a plus)

- Resourceful and motivated

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus)

You’ll gain exposure to the full investment process from deal sourcing to negotiation to closing.
