"ROLE:

- Ensure that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements;

- Quality controlchecks on raw materials,
- process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified safety and food quality standards;



Quality control registration/documentation on raw materials,
- process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified safety and food quality standards;

- Verification ofcompliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Document Management System;

- Verification and monitoring of suppliers of materials and/or products;

- Preparation forfood certifications - ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS foods, among others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Higher education in Food Industry/Chemistry, Quality, or Science, or Laboratory Techniques;

- 1 to 2 years ofexperience in the food industry;

- Training/Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS foods;

- Highly demanding, proactive, and responsible individual with a strong attention to detail.
