What you will do:

In our B2B Center of Excellence, with a global scope (Europe, Brazil, APAC, North America), you will work on
- impact projects for EDP's Client Solutions Platform, including:

• Collaborate with our technical team to establish processes, best practices, and standards for Engineering and Operations;
• Conduct benchmarks and optimize Capex and Opex projects;
• Design and review operational processes;
• Work with departments such as Marketing & Product, Innovation, Commercial, and Asset Management to introduce new products and features;
• Develop and update KPIs critical to our business;
• Manage our B2B Knowledge Center, defining communication and collaboration methods with global teams.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with relevant experience;
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
• Strong
  - solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
• Structured thinking, creativity, and willingness to challenge the status quo;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  - oriented;
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to lead
  - functional teams through change;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
