What you will do:

Working across Europe, Brazil, APAC, and North America within our B2B Center of Excellence, you will engage in
- impact projects for EDP's Client Solutions Platform, including:

• Establishing processes, best practices, and standards in collaboration with our technical teams for Engineering and Operations;
• Conducting benchmarks and Capex and Opex optimization projects;
• Designing and reviewing operational processes;
• Collaborating with departments like Marketing & Product, Innovation, Commercial, and Asset Management to introduce new products and features;
• Developing and updating KPIs critical to our business;
• Managing our B2B Knowledge Center to define communication and collaboration strategies across global teams.

Work Site: Hybrid Model

Locations: Porto or Lisbon

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with relevant experience;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Strong
  - solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
• Structured thinking, creativity, and willingness to challenge the status quo;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  - oriented;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead
  - functional teams;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
