• Strong communication skills and consulting experience with significant client impact and value creation
• Strong background in enterprise BI and data warehousing concepts and methods with the ability to adapt and tailor based on requirements
• Understanding of software engineering tools and concepts
• Experience working with modern data platforms (MPP architectures) and technologies (Data Factory, Data Lake Store [Gen 2], Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL)

• Experience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of
  - grade Business Intelligence solutions based on the Microsoft Data Platform
• Experience working on

  - known clients across various sectors
• Ability to help clients realize the potential of data science, machine learning, and scaled processing within Microsoft Azure
• Mentoring of junior team members and supporting their personal development
• Achieving and maintaining Microsoft certification
