Your mission will be…

• Design, develop, and optimize data products, models, and pipelines to enable efficient data consumption and enhance business intelligence and analytics.
• Work with modern
  - based data architectures, including data Lakehouse, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and
  - efficiency.
• Use version control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline data development.
• Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and performance.
• Mentor team members on data engineering and analytics best practices while managing data transformations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Partner with the Data Hub Team to ensure standards, data quality, compliance, and security are maintained.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics.

We are looking for someone with…

• 3+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering role within dynamic,
  - driven organizations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL workflows.
• Expertise in Snowflake and dbt for data modeling.
• Experience with cloud architectures (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Experience developing and maintaining robust data architectures for analytics.
• Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools like Git
  Hub or Git
  Lab.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to
  - technical stakeholders, and strong English proficiency.
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills,
  - centric mindset.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Controlling.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with customer service tools and support data.
