Your mission will be…
- Design, develop, and optimize data products, models, and pipelines to enable efficient data consumption, enhancing business intelligence and analytics.
- Work with modern
- based data architectures, including data Lakehouse, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and
- effectiveness. - Leverage version control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline data development.
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and performance.
- Mentor team members on technical best practices for data engineering and analytics, and optimize data transformations.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions. - Partner with the Data Hub Team to ensure standards, data quality, compliance, and security are maintained.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics.
We are looking for someone with…
- Experience: 3+ years in an Analytics Engineering role within dynamic,
- driven organizations. - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL workflows.
- Expertise in Snowflake and dbt data modeling.
- Experience with cloud data architectures (preferably AWS).
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with robust data architectures supporting analytics and BI.
- Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools like Git
Hub or Git
Lab. - Communication: Excellent skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders, and strong English proficiency. - Problem-Solving: Customer-centric, analytical thinking skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Controlling.
- Data visualization skills, e. g. , Power BI.
- Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools for data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Experience with customer service tools and support data analytics.
