Your mission will be…

1. Design, develop, and optimize data products, models, and pipelines to enable efficient data consumption, enhancing business intelligence and analytics.
2. Work with modern
   - based data architectures, including data Lakehouse, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and
   - effectiveness.
3. Leverage version control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline data development.
4. Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and performance.
5. Mentor team members on technical best practices for data engineering and analytics, and optimize data transformations.
6. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
7. Partner with the Data Hub Team to ensure standards, data quality, compliance, and security are maintained.
8. Stay updated with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics.

We are looking for someone with…

• Experience: 3+ years in an Analytics Engineering role within dynamic,
  - driven organizations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL workflows.
• Expertise in Snowflake and dbt data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data architectures (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with robust data architectures supporting analytics and BI.
• Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools like Git
  Hub or Git
  Lab.
• Communication: Excellent skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders, and strong English proficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Customer-centric, analytical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Controlling.
• Data visualization skills, e. g. , Power BI.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience with customer service tools and support data analytics.
