About the Role

• Design, build, and operate trusted, documented, and performant analytics datasets and a semantic/metrics layer that powers decision‑making, Intelligent Automation, and AI (via the enterprise AI gateway/RAG).
• Use SQL + dbt and software‑engineering practices (tests, CI/CD, code review) to turn raw platform data into certified domain data products for Supply Chain (e. g. , Distribution & Freight, GBS/Control Tower, HR).
• Drive the production pipeline using Git, automated tests, orchestrators such as Airflow/Dagster/dbt Cloud and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8+ years of analytics engineering / BI data modeling experience, with a track record of shipping tested dbt models, semantic layers/metrics, and high‑adoption data marts.
• Strong SQL and warehouse performance tuning (partitioning, clustering, pruning, incremental models).
• Hands‑on CI/CD (git, PRs, automated tests), orchestration (Airflow/Dagster/dbt Cloud), and documentation.
• Familiarity with data contracts, lineage/metadata, DQ tools, and privacy for sensitive domains (HR/Legal).
• Certifications: dbt (Fundamentals/Advanced), Databricks, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP data), Power BI.
• Bonus: experience with supply‑chain data (orders, shipments, lanes, cost‑to‑serve, OTIF).
• Fluency in English.
