About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Tech
Hub. You will design, build, and operate trusted, documented, and performant analytics datasets and the semantic/metrics layer that power
- making, Intelligent Automation, and AI (via the enterprise AI gateway/RAG). Use SQL + dbt and software‑engineering practices (tests, CI/CD, code review) to turn raw platform data into certified domain data products for Supply Chain (e. g. , Distribution & Freight, GBS/Control Tower, HR).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate trusted analytics datasets and the semantic/metrics layer for
- making and AI use cases. • Apply SQL, dbt, and software engineering practices (tests, CI/CD, code reviews) to create certified domain data products for Supply Chain (e. g. , Distribution & Freight, GBS/Control Tower, HR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related.
• Certifications: dbt (Fundamentals/Advanced), Databricks, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP data), Power BI.
• 4–8+ years in analytics engineering/BI data modeling, with a track record shipping tested dbt models, semantic layers/metrics, and
  - adoption data marts.
• Strong SQL and warehouse performance tuning (partitioning, clustering, pruning, incremental models).
• Hands-on CI/CD (git, PRs, automated tests), orchestration (Airflow/Dagster/dbt Cloud), and documentation.
• Familiarity with data contracts, lineage/metadata, DQ tools, and privacy for sensitive domains (HR/Legal).
• Bonus:
