Main Purpose of Job
Analytics and Performance insights have a direct impact on Business performance and are required all along the Marketing Chain to drive strategy and activation both at development phase and sustain mode to drive continuous improvements. In Digital Marketing Services, such critical operations require strong leadership and management to guarantee seamless continuity of foundational services, evolve with new technologies and AI, and continuously upskill to expand and deliver more value.
Upcoming partnerships, increased complexity, and advanced services with high impact on Business performance demand even more focus and seniority to manage complex operations within a broad ecosystem involving specific technologies.
The main responsibilities of the Analytics Service Lead are to lead service expansion, delivery, and adoption, providing guidance to Centers Operation Leads, supporting engagement streams, driving service expansion, and maintaining the Service Delivery Model and documentation. They are accountable for service quality, handle escalations, and serve as the SPOC for stakeholders regarding their Service Line.
This role involves:
- Developing and implementing a scalable, seamless global service model for IBS, connecting a centralized intelligence infrastructure using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML techniques for
- quality, actionable reporting to optimize consumer engagement and marketing performance. - Leading a team to drive Analytics Services evolution, innovate in services, processes, skills, and tools, and promote best practices across Nestlé operations.
- Understanding business needs and mapping them to analytics services.
- Supporting the development of analytics frameworks using AI/ML, predictive/prescriptive/cognitive modeling, and data visualization to enable actionable insights.

- Defining service vision and value contribution aligned with Group marketing.
- Creating a capability roadmap considering data, technology, and analytics.
- Optimizing a global service model, including roles, responsibilities, governance, and processes.

- functional marketing analytics projects with global stakeholders. - Driving service adoption and expansion, supporting education for successful implementation.
- Connecting marketing, sales, and product data sets across teams.
- Developing unified data infrastructure and marketing technology.
- Supporting analytics frameworks with AI/ML and visualization techniques.
- Creating interfaces for stakeholders to access visualized analytics data.
- Leading and mentoring the Marketing Analytics team.
- Acting as the primary contact for operational issues related to marketing data and analytics.
- Communicating the benefits and impact of the service to stakeholders.

+10 years of experience in Analytics, either in agency or CPG company.
Deep understanding of analytics operations, technology, and strategy.
Good understanding of analytics and digital marketing strategies and operations.

Willingness to innovate in a multicultural,
- market setting.
Start-up or innovation background in consumer products, insights, or marketing is a plus.
