- car continuity and ongoing connectivity through our scalable and adaptable solutions. We are looking for an Android Support Analyst L1 willing to take on one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

Overall responsibilities and duties:

1. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Android Engineers to understand the root cause of various defects.
2. Investigate incidents and determine root causes using predefined tools and documentation.
3. Approach each issue with a
   - solving mindset and clearly document findings, analysis, and conclusions to support efficient resolution and knowledge sharing.
4. Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
5. Report findings with comprehensive details, including descriptions, screenshots, videos, and logs, ensuring clear communication of issues and potential fixes.
6. Test applications extensively on automotive physical hardware prototypes as well as on emulators to troubleshoot potential issues.
7. Review open bugs by testing across multiple environments to determine if the issue is caused by the application or the system itself.
8. Respect and ensure the correct and full implementation of the Forvia Code of Ethics daily.

10. Perform other similar or related tasks as needed to help achieve team and organizational goals.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of professional experience in Android and/or Quality Assurance roles.
2. Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
3. Experience working in agile and
   - functional teams.
4. Proficient in using Android emulators and ADB commands for application testing.

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Knowledge of Android Automotive OS.
