- car continuity and ongoing connection with the outside world through our scalable and adaptable solutions. We are looking for an Android Support Analyst L2 eager to take on one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

Overall responsibilities and duties:

• Perform deep technical analysis of system and application logs to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with QA and Android Engineers to understand defect root causes.
• Identify recurring problems and propose
  - term solutions and process improvements.
• Provide detailed technical documentation, including root cause analyses and resolution mechanisms.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal knowledge databases and documentation, with support from Android engineers.
• Approach issues with a
  - solving mindset and document findings clearly to support resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Report findings with comprehensive details, including descriptions, screenshots, videos, and logs.
• Ensure daily adherence to the Forvia Code of Ethics and Code of Management, including respect for human rights, ethics, and business conduct.
• Perform other related tasks to help achieve team and organizational goals.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in Android or QA roles.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience working in agile,
  - functional teams.
• Proficient in Android emulators and ADB commands.
• Deep knowledge of Android standards and best practices.
• Experience with reverse engineering tools.
• Proficient in log analyzing tools.
• Excellent
  - solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Android Automotive OS.
