We’re hiring an experienced Android Support Consultant to join a
- edge project, supporting Android-based infotainment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve incidents related to Android applications running on automotive systems.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams and Android Engineers to determine the root cause of application defects.
• Utilize ADB commands, Android emulators, and physical hardware to test and debug mobile apps.
• Maintain detailed and structured documentation of issues, including logs, screenshots, videos, and analysis.
• Classify bugs and determine if they originate from the application layer or the Android OS.
• Work within agile,
  - functional development teams.
• Ensure adherence to the company´s Code of Ethics and Management in daily operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Android Support, QA, or related mobile technology roles.
• Proficiency in Android debugging tools, emulators, and ADB
  - line interface.
• Strong understanding of incident investigation, root cause analysis, and structured reporting.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems and clear documentation practices.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively in fluent English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with both onshore and offshore teams.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
• Knowledge or
  - on experience with Android Automotive OS.
• Experience in automotive or embedded systems projects.
