Project

We are looking for a Mobile Tech Lead Android to join our team.

Role

1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to mobile developers;
2. Drive the technical vision for mobile applications, aligning with business goals;
3. Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile architectures;
4. Lead development of complex features for mobile apps;
5. Ensure quality and performance through code reviews, testing, and monitoring;
6. Implement security architecture principles across all mobile applications;
7. Develop and execute automated testing strategies, including unit, integration,
   -
   - end, and accessibility testing using tools like Playwright;
8. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver
   - quality mobile experiences;
9. Mentor and coach engineers, fostering excellence and innovation;
10. Provide accurate software estimations, even with complexity and uncertainty;
11. Use
    - driven
    - making to measure and analyze application performance and user behavior;
12. Stay updated with latest mobile development technologies and trends;
13. Contribute to improving development processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Solid experience building and maintaining mobile applications;
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and security best practices;
• Proven experience with automated testing tools like Playwright;
• Experience leading large applications and teams;
• Proficiency in software estimation and
  - driven
  - making;
• Experience releasing apps on Google Play Store;
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
