Description/Responsibilities

Your Tasks

• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (Local and internal).
• Ensure application of all processes, policies and procedures as clearly defined.
• Ensure customer invoices and statements are correct, credit notes are promptly issued, disputes are promptly resolved & customer payments are promptly and accurately posted.
• Follow up on customer debits/credits approval.
• Establishes and maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with internal & external customers.

Your Profile

• Minimum degree: Bachelor of Accounting, Administration or related
• English intermediate/advanced communication level
• Additional language skill in German, Polish or Hungarian
• At least 1 year of accounts receivable or related experience
• SAP Knowledge in FI/SD/WMD Flow
• MS Office tools (Excel mandatory)
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities

Required Skills
