We are currently seeking a motivated and
- oriented AOG Purchaser & Logistics professional to join our team. This position has become available due to an internal transfer, and we are looking for a committed individual ready to support our
- paced aviation operations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Source aircraft parts, tools, and materials from approved vendors
• Evaluate quotes, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Purchase and follow up on urgent parts
• Monitor stock levels and manage backorders
• Coordinate AOG shipments with logistics providers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure traceability of parts
• Ensure compliance with FAA and EASA regulations
• Use Quantum Control for procurement processes
• Report on order status and delivery delays
• Handle vendor disputes

Profile :

• Degree or certification in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
• Entry-level experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Professional English (spoken and written)
• Reliable, organized, and able to communicate clearly and respectfully
