Your new Role:

As an AP Specialist, you will support the Purchase to Pay process, which could include ensuring suppliers are paid in an efficient, compliant, and timely manner, managing supplier relationships, and carrying out the T&E process including employee support.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and respond to supplier inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accurate records.
  • Validate and maintain vendor master data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and prevent payment delays.
  • Validate and maintain the accuracy of vendor master data, including primary details.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (AP, Finance) to resolve issues and improve
    - related processes.


What you will need to be successful:

  • 2-5 years’ experience working in Accounts Payable/P2P.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable process and procedure is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate excellent influencing skills.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English and Spanish.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word/Excel.
  • Good systems knowledge, preferably experience working with SAP.
  • Previous experience in a Service Centre environment is valued.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI’s.
  • Deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high standard of communications skills, with the ability to identify the optimum communication channel as well as excellent customer service skills.
  • Pro-active, responsive and action orientated.
  • An individual & team player meeting the demands of both.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal/people skills.
