Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise standards for service catalogue, registry, gateway, and service mesh to ensure consistency, discoverability, observability, and governance across the API platform.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, coordinating with upstream and downstream teams during Po
  C, trials, and implementation.
• Drive platform evolution by implementing features such as API mocking, testing, custom plugins/add-ons, and MCP server integrations.
• Design, build, and automate the publication, versioning, and lifecycle management of API specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway (OSS or Enterprise), including configuration and policy enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and API specifications, particularly Open
  API/Swagger.
• Solid understanding of modern API security (OAuth 2. 0, OIDC, JWT, m
  TLS, API Keys).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git
  Lab CI, Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions) and scripting (Python, Go, Bash).
• Excellent communication skills;
  
  resilient,
  - oriented, and
  - driven.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
