We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.
What are you going to do?
- Continuous monitoring of platforms to ensure SLA compliance and availability.
- Incident resolution following ITIL best practices in a 24/7 support model.
- Debugging support, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Proposing and implementing enhancements to improve service quality.
- Includes
- call rotations for incident management.
What are we looking for?
- Junior and
- level diverse and multidisciplinary profiles: candidates with backgrounds in API Management, development, or Dev
Ops are valid. - Minimum 1 year experience with API management platforms (Apigee is ideal, however, other platforms are accepted).
- Knowledge of Open
ID, OAuth2, SAML protocols. - Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Logstash, etc. ).
- Basic knowledge of
- native applications. - English level C1 or higher (mandatory).
- Additional languages highly valued.
