We are looking for an API Operations Engineer!

Mission: We are seeking expertise in software administration and server maintenance activities to support the API Management product operations team.

Our goal is to develop and operate transversal business solutions on an international scale.

The selected expertise will be responsible for providing daily operations support and maintenance, including troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, and recovery planning and implementation.

Additionally, expertise in management and SSL configuration, planning management, and technical support and administration across all environments is required.

The role also involves managing and maintaining operating system patches in compliance with Co
E recommendations, reviewing system logs, and proactively monitoring systems to address issues.

Furthermore, the expertise will be involved in business requirements and development according to detailed design, as well as designing, building, testing, and deploying project deliverables.

Responsabilities:

Providing daily operations support and maintenance.

Conducting troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, and recovery planning and implementation.

Managing SSL configuration and planning management.

Performing technical support and administration under all environments.

Managing and maintaining operating system patches in compliance with Co
E recommendations.

Reviewing system logs and OS for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Addressing business requirements and development according to detailed design.

Designing, building, testing, and deploying project deliverables.

Delivering comprehensive project documentation.

Managing test phases, including defect management processes.

Requirements:

Expertise with Docker: Openshift.

Expertise in Linux.

Expertise of Linux Shell and Linux processes (Red Hat).

Expertise of Linux Adminsitration.

Expertise of IAC : Terraform, Argo
CD, TEKTON / Kin.

Expertise with XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON. (Plus)

Network expertise: Virtual IPs, firewalls, Load
Balancer, etc. (Plus).

Security expertise. (Plus)

Java: JMX expertise and JVM optimization. (Plus)

Expertise in SOAPUI, Postman. (Plus)

Expertise in Subversion (Git
Hub). (Plus)

Expertise in Mulesoft platform management. (Plus)

Expertise with Mulesoft Flex
Gateway. (Plus)

Expertise on Muleosft ACM. (Plus)

Expertise with Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (API security standards and implementation (OAuth, Open
Id)). (Plus)

English environment - mandatory.

French environment – it’s a plus.

Portuguese environment – it’s a plus.
