Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience with API gateways (Akana preferred).

- Understanding of REST/SOAP services, HTTP protocols, and authentication standards.

- Basic to intermediate Java
Script skills for transformation logic.

- Experience in incident handling, operational support, and basic debugging.

- Familiarity with developer portals and API onboarding processes.

Good-to-have:

- Experience working with
- premise deployments and familiarity with cloud migration concepts.

- Exposure to API governance standards and lifecycle management.

Soft Skills:

- Strong documentation skills and ability to support
- team communication.

- Proactive mindset and capability to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

At Experienced level.
