As a Application Architect Manager, you will translate client needs and challenges into solutions, support envisioning, architectural assessments, technology choice, and estimates.

As a Manager on Avanade’s Global Applications & Architecture team, you’ll leverage a
- centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes.

You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene on
- risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction around application architecture.

Skills And Experiences

• Advanced skills in developing
  - based and/or
  - based software solutions
• Experience with specific Microsoft technologies
• Ability to understand customer processes and issues and communicate them effectively
• Experience working with global teams on projects
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams to facilitate project work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex information to technical and
  - technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Advanced skills and experience in application lifecycle management, agile development methods, and software planning

About You

You likely have 7+ years of related work experience, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.

What You'll Do

• Design cloud architecture and develop plans and specifications to solve business problems aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to specify new
  - based products/services, applications, and solutions
• Develop specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings
• Assess compatibility and integration of proposed standards to ensure an integrated architecture across technologies
• Define and drive the technical scope to meet performance, scalability, flexibility, operations, and capability needs
• Oversee and manage a
  - functional development team to design, develop, and enhance software assets meeting or exceeding expectations, within budget and schedule
