Commercial Call Center Representative – E-commerce, B2B & Digital Marketing (Lisbon)

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels: phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to
  - commerce platforms, B2B transactions, and digital marketing
• Manage sensitive data in compliance with internal policies and data protection standards
• Handle complex requests independently with professionalism, proactivity, and
  - solving skills

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in
  - commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken – mandatory)
• Comfortable using
  - office tools;
  
  
  
  experience with SAP is a plus
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
