Sysmatch is an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing Company with a wide range of technological skills, resulting from over two decades in the IT market. We are searching for an experienced App Manager & Support professional to join our team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise applications.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Implement MDM solutions using Autopilot/Intune for Windows devices.
• Participate in migrations such as Knowledge Management – Seismic Migration (A&CS and BD).
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Engage in recruitment, selection and integration processes (initial contact by phone or video).

Qualifications

• English C1 level.
• Strong writing skills for documentation.
• Experience with MDM approaches.
• Windows device management proficiency.

• Microsoft Purview.

• F5 Per
  App VPN.
• Agile/Scrum methodology expertise.
