Role

App Manager & Support

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Manage
  -
  - end application management (integrate, test, qualify, deploy).
• Provide L3 support, handling major incidents and technical issues reported by users.
• Produce documentation and maintain clear writing for technical purposes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in similar functions.
• Experience with
  -
  - end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune.
• Experience with L3 supporting activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users).
• Writing expertise for documentation purposes.
• MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune.
• Windows devices management.
• Microsoft Purview.
• Sky
  High Cloud Proxy.
• F5 Per
  App VPN.
