Responsibilities

We are looking for a person to manage and support the application, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end delivery and effective L3 support for major incidents and technical issues faced by users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with similar functions
• Experience with end‑to‑end application management (integrate‑test‑qualify‑deploy) in Intune
• Experience with L3 supporting activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
• Writing expertise for documentation purposes
• MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
• Windows Devices management
• Microsoft Purview
• Sky

• F5 Per
