Overview
The Alfaro-Moreno Research Group is a laboratory dedicated to excellence in scientific research on developing methods to assess the toxicity and safety of nanomaterials, evaluating from possible effects on humans to environmental effects. The group aims to evaluate cytotoxic, genotoxic, inflammation, local and systemic effects and in silico analysis, upholding the highest standards of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) to ensure the quality and integrity of the work.

Care projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement the measurement of biomarkers using Luminex technology;
- Maintain the organization of the Nanosafety Laboratory;
- Help with the implementation of methods using immunological approaches;
- Lead work related to GLP.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
- Ph
D in Toxicology, Immunology or Biomedical Sciences.
Experience and Technical Skills
- Toxicology;
- Immunology;
- PCR;
- Luminex / multiplexing;
- Flow cytometry;
- GLP.
Other Valuable Skills
- Experience in teaching techniques to students;
- Data management and analysis.
Personal Skills
- Hands-on approach with a high commitment to meeting deadlines;
- Problem solving ability;
