The Digital and Transversal Solution APS Application Production team is an internal team that supports applications used by internal projects to deploy solutions for their applications. The team is responsible for maintaining, guaranteeing and improving the current service provided by the transversal applications, identifying root causes, and suggesting and implementing improvements. It follows strict ITIL practices in its daily activities. Responsibilities- Provide functional support to users on

Qualifications
In addition to daily application support activity, the Application Support team contributes to the definition of non‑functional requirements that a new application must respect before going into production.
