We are looking for a Application Specialist to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

• Educational background blending business and IT (e. G. , Computer Science and Business Management) (preferred);
  
  
  
  
• Minimum 2yearsof experience as an Application Specialist or similar role, combining technical and functional expertise;
  
  
  
  
• Experience in setting up and managing automations in contact centers (valued);
  
  
  
  
• Background in business process
  - engineering (preferred);
  
  
  
  
• Experience with
  CRM systems in a contact center context;
  
  
  
  
• Broad understanding of contact center systems, including CTI solutions;
  
  
  
  knowledge of Talkdesk is a plus;
  
  
  
  
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms and tools for process automation;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications;
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical skills and a
  - driven approach to
  - solving;
  
  
  
  
• Proactive,
  - starter with excellent communication skills;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and elaborate requirements for contact center processes and automation initiatives;
  
  
  
  
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for contact center applications and computer telephony integration (CTI), ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration;
  
  
  
  
• Provide technical support and training to business users on new features and functionalities;
  
  
  
  
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven bots and other automations to improve efficiency and customer experience;
  
  
  
  
• Pilot andrefine automated processes using skills in data science, AI, and business process engineering;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain a deepunderstanding of the application architecture, focusing on seamless integration with new technologies;
  
  
  
  
• Act as a bridgebetween business and IT, ensuring solutions meet operational needs while leveraging automation opportunities.
