We are seeking a motivated Junior Application Installation Technician to join our team. At Actuasys, we deliver intuitive time management and HR solutions to small and

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing and configuring Actuasys applications on customer servers.
• Setting up and maintaining Windows Server, IIS, and required application services.
• Installing and configuring SQL Server, Postgre
  SQL, and Node. js components.
• Managing configurations with Power
  Shell, DSC, and registry adjustments.
• Applying networking, firewall, and antivirus settings to ensure secure deployments.
• Analyzing application logs, Windows event logs, and performance indicators to troubleshoot and fix installation errors.
• Provisioning and maintaining virtual machines (in cloud providers or on bare metal servers) for test, staging, and production environments, including OS hardening and resource
  - sizing.
• Providing
  - installation support and guidance to customer IT teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration (IIS, services, networking).
• Some experience with SQL Server and/or Postgre
  SQL installation.
• Familiarity with Power
  Shell scripting is a plus.
• Understanding of basic networking and security practices.
• Exposure to a major cloud provider (preferably Azure) and basic VM provisioning (creating, sizing, snapshots, networking).
• Willingness to learn how to diagnose issues using logs, Event Viewer, and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills with a
  - first mindset.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Experience level: Junior (up to 5 years).
