We are looking for an Application Maintenance Developer to join a dedicated team responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of a core insurance system.

? Key Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for the Duck Creek Policy platform
• Resolve incidents in line with defined KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, enhance, and continuously improve system functionality
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including analysis, development, and testing

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Duck Creek (Policy platform is mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server databases
• Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset

• Previous experience on insurance industry projects
