We are looking for an Application Manager | Dev
Ops & SRE.

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for configuration, administration, maintenance, and monitoring of Windows/Linux server landscapes and virtualization software, both in the cloud and local data centers.
2. Analyze emerging problems, develop solutions, create solution concepts (including facilitating expert teams), and derive project plans for IT management and/or executive management.
3. Document lessons learned from problems and projects for training purposes.
4. Lead initial projects and support larger, complex projects.
5. Further develop the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in collaboration with development teams, discussing requirements and testing implementations.
6. Test and install new software versions, including
   - house developed production software in production environments.

Requirements:

1. Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent apprenticeship with extensive relevant work experience.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in server administration and network support in an international environment.
3. Skills in Linux, Windows servers, and scripting languages.
4. Experience with virtualization, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation.
5. Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Mongo
   DB, and Cosmos DB.
6. Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Azure Arc, and cloud applications.
7. Structured, independent, and
   - oriented working style.
8. Excellent team skills,
   - oriented mindset.
9. Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
