Tasks

• Administration, Configuration and support of our Atlassian tools, primarily our Jira Cloud platform (including Product Discovery, Tempo, and Xray)
• Shaping and further developing the tool to meet our business needs
• Administration and Management of Jira instances, including user management, permissions and project configurations
• Providing
  - level technical support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues
• Collaborating with
  - functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Drive changes and further development of the tool to improve its functionality and efficiency
• Conducting training and workshops for end users to improve their understanding and use of Jira

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable degree in IT, business or logistics
• Strong knowledge of Jira administration or willingness to continue learning
• Experience with other Atlassian tools such as Confluence is a plus
• Excellent
  - solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) desired
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of English
