Join our dynamic and international team for Service
Now that is responsible for our growing global Service
Now
- based platform with more than 2, 500 users. Be part of our success story, taking ownership and empowering our business to deliver excellence. This position combines business consulting, IT, platform responsibility, and close collaboration within our global IT department.

YOUR TASKS

• Ownership and continuous improvement of our Service
  Now platform (supporting business and IT processes)
• Backlog management and requirements analysis for new Service
  Now workflows, project preparation & implementation
• Steering Service
  Now-related projects as well as Change & Release Management
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing integrations to other IT services, e. g. , SAP
• 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
• Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
• Development of user training concepts and documentation
• Continuous knowledge improvement of Service
  Now-related technology, standards, and best practices

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e. g. , management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred Service
  Now
• Technical knowledge of Service
  Now is a benefit, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
• You have a passion for a
  - and
  - driven way of working
• Knowledge of support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are additional benefits
• You prefer a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office in Hamburg, Pamplona, or Madrid, and the rest working remotely
• Excellent skills in English (German, Spanish, or other languages are an additional benefit)
