About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Engineer (App
Ops) to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing application operations across diverse environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain systems on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Manage and schedule workflows using Control-M.
• Handle secure file transfers with CFT (Cross File Transfer).
• Support and optimize deployments in Public Cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure smooth operations and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in App
  Ops or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M, CFT, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
• English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken).
• Based in Portugal with the ability to work 100% remotely.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of automation and scripting for operational tasks.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
