What are we looking for? Application Production Support

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience
  
  Application Production in IT;
  
  
• Strong knowledge on batch processing and to support production incidents
• Good knowledge of
  
  UNIX shell scripting
  
  /
  
  Power
  Shell
  
  /
  
  Python;
  
  
• Basic knowledge on
  
  Autosys
  
  ;
  
  
• Strong Knowledge in
  
  ITIL ;
  
  
• PL/SQL;
  
  
• Good level of English – minimum
  
  B2
  
  ;
  
  
• Experience in service monitoring, alerting, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability.
• Available for
  
  100% Lisbon Office (mandatory)
