THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as an Application Production Support for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Receive, triage and resolve tickets (incidents, service requests, problems). Communicate status &
  - arounds to business users;
• Contribute to
  - checks and alerts;
• Early detection of performance degradation (Dynatrace/New Relic/Prometheus);
• Prepare pre and production environments, releases, and changes, support rollout and coordination;
• Take part in
  - mortems, document
  - cause analyses, propose preventive actions;
• Build and maintain FAQs,
  - to articles;
• Work closely with senior Application Support, Development, Cloud Operations and other specialist teams;
• Propose tooling enhancements,
  - driven improvements to the support process.

What We're Looking For

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience of IT Application Support;
• Knowledge of SQL, Windows, Ansible and Jenkins;
• Experience with Monitoring (Dynatrace);
• Experience with Automation (Ansible);
• Proficiency in Cloud Fundamentals;
• ITIL Certification;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
