? Application Production Support Engineer – 3rd Line (Cloud & Java)

? Lisbon or Porto | Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Application Production Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in a cloud environment.

You’ll handle complex 3rd line support issues, troubleshoot performance problems, and work closely with development teams to implement
- term solutions.

What you’ll do

• Ensure application stability and performance in production.
• Resolve complex incidents and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for improvements.
• Proactively monitor systems to prevent disruptions.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in 3rd line application support, preferably with Java and Cloud/Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
• Team player with excellent
  - solving abilities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
