The candidate will provide application support within the Banking and Financing Services area.

Will be dedicated mainly to monitoring via Dynatrace, creation and enhancement of dashboards, on both infrastructure and application levels to ensure optimal accuracy in alarm and monitoring of the domain.

Main Tasks:

• Support the business in their IT needs and understand business workflows and scenarios.
• Provide updates to business, team members, and other project/task teams on issues, tasks, and projects.
• Understand underlying issues, associated patches, fixes, or releases, and identify systemic problems. Contribute to improved
  - release checks.
• Improve daily tasks by scripting and automating
  - oriented tasks.
• Availability to work during holidays/weekends as per predefined needs and on a rotational basis with the team.

Technical Skills:

• Application Performance Monitoring (Specifically Dynatrace)
• General IT infrastructure knowledge
• Particular knowledge and experience with Red
  Hat Linux
• Shell scripting
