IT Production - Application Production Support.

• Ensure proper
- up of Productions requests and service availability for our business.

• Manage the activities related to application support liaising with infrastructure ( Servers, Storage, Network, Middleware, Monitoring tools, automation etc. )teams.

• Strong collaboration with APS and Operational teams

Main tasks:

• Resolving incidents;

• Answering user requests;

• Monitoring production environments;

• Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical);

• Continuous Improvement mindset - Automation of existing processes suggestions

Technical skills:

• Recent graduates (until 3 years experience)

• Linux/Unix - Expert

• SQL - Expert

• ITIL - Practice

• Observability/Monitoring tools - Practice

• Ansible - Practice

Language skills:

• English - Good written and spoken English (candidate should be able to conduct the interview in English)

Soft skills:

• Have a very good communication skills;

• Have the ability to work in fast paced global environment

• Ability to efficiently manage different priorities

• Interested to learn functional, technical areas and Production models

• Think
