Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer:

• The Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) will work closely with software engineering and operational users to ensure that the IT system meets its reliability and performance goals.
• The SRE will focus on maintaining reliable, highly available, and scalable systems.
• To accomplish this, He/She will automate and automatize processes and procedures for Operational users as well as IT Operational teams.

Main Tasks:

• Optimizing, automating, and automatizing processes and procedures
• Performance optimization
• Documentation and knowledge sharing
• Ticket handling

Technical Skills:

• Sybase (Oracle or SQL Server)
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Kubernetes)
• Java 8
• Shell scripting

Language Skills:

• English
• Portuguese

Soft Skills:

• IT/Business relationship (communication skills)
• Ability to develop and adapt processes
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
• Client focus
