- oriented Application Production Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring application availability, handling support tickets, and managing incidents to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of our clients' applications.

• Ensure all knowledge is properly documented in a centralized knowledge base

Requirements

• Experience with Sybase
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting
• Familiarity with ITIL framework
• Experience with Java 8
