Take care of our most important transport application

DSV Global IT is looking for an IT Application Specialist for the Cargowise One Implementation team. You will use your knowledge from the transport and logistics industry and combine it with your curiosity and interest for IT to assist the DSV Air & Sea business in constant development and growth in Cargowise One. You will implement Cargo
Wise One in new countries, expand and enhance use of Cargowise One in existing countries, and find new ways of realizing business needs. You will work in an international team with experienced colleagues mainly located in Europe.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. Implementation of CW1 in new countries
2. Testing and implementation of new functionalities of CW1
3. Operational setup of CW1
4. Process analysis and documentation
5. Application training
6. Occasional travel
7. 3rd level support and troubleshooting
8. Knowledge sharing with our 2nd level support and Business Change Management
9. End user contact

About you:

You have a natural interest and curiosity in how applications work and how to optimize their use. You are willing to learn by doing, with access to extensive learning materials, online courses, internal documentation, and knowledgeable colleagues to help you develop professionally. Improvements and enhancements are areas of interest to you. You are dedicated to delivering great service to the business.

• Freight Forwarder with a strong interest in IT or an IT specialist with business interest and knowledge
• Knowledge and experience from the logistics industry is required
• Experience within applications support, as a TMS superuser or a BCM function
• Knowledge of Cargowise One is an advantage but not mandatory
• English speaker and writer at a professional level
