Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Ensure that all connections between Virtual Machines (VM) and Automation Applications (AA) remain stable and fully operational, identifying communication failures or interruptions and proactively taking corrective actions.
Configure, maintain, and supervise active scripts responsible for checking VM status 24/7, and ensuring they generate alerts, emails, or notifications whenever a VM becomes unresponsive or shows abnormal behavior.
Perform regular manual checks on the Automation 360 platform to confirm that all automated processes are running without issues and identify errors, process blocks, or pending executions and take corrective action when necessary.
Receive, prioritize, and execute operational requests related to bots, such as restarts, status validation, or basic technical intervention, confirming that all actions taken are documented and communicated according to internal procedures.
Monitor the database associated with automated processes, ensuring there are no delays, bottlenecks, or processing errors, while reporting and acting on any anomalies, working together with the responsible teams to maintain and optimize data flow.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Green Belt certification (or equivalent knowledge).
- Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with API concepts and ability to use them for basic data retrieval or system integration tasks.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
