Take care of our most important transport application

DSV Global IT is seeking an IT Application Specialist for the Cargowise One Implementation team. You will leverage your knowledge of the transport and logistics industry, combined with your curiosity and interest in IT, to support the development and growth of DSV Air & Sea in Cargowise One. Your responsibilities include implementing Cargo
Wise One in new countries, expanding its use in existing countries, and exploring innovative solutions to meet business needs. You will work with an international team primarily based in Europe.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementing CW1 in new countries
• Testing and deploying new functionalities of CW1
• Setting up operational processes in CW1
• Analyzing and documenting processes
• Providing application training
• Occasional travel
• Providing 3rd level support and troubleshooting
• Sharing knowledge with 2nd level support and Business Change Management
• Engaging with end users

About you:

You have a natural curiosity about how applications work and how to optimize their use. You are eager to learn through
- on experience, supported by extensive learning materials, online courses, internal documentation, and knowledgeable colleagues. You are interested in improving and enhancing applications and are dedicated to delivering excellent service to the business.

• Freight forwarder with a strong interest in IT or an IT specialist with business knowledge
• Experience in the logistics industry is required
• Experience in application support, such as a TMS superuser or BCM role
• Knowledge of Cargowise One is advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
