About The Role

You will support business users, coordinate with technical and production teams, prepare release activities, handle incident and problem management procedures, and contribute to service reliability and stability. A proactive mindset and structured approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional & technical support to internal users
• Classify, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests
• Coordinate with technical teams and monitor incident lifecycle
• Support problem management to ensure preventive actions
• Prepare and deliver operational reports (morning reviews, major incidents, etc. )
• Prepare releases and support
  - production testing
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Requirements

• SQL
• Windows environments
• Dynatrace & Control-M
• Cloud knowledge (DMZR)
• Ansible & Jenkins
• Understanding of applications lifecycle and production environments

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Basic knowledge (nice to have)
