About The Role
You will support business users, coordinate with technical and production teams, prepare release activities, handle incident and problem management procedures, and contribute to service reliability and stability. A proactive mindset and structured approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional & technical support to internal users
- Classify, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests
- Coordinate with technical teams and monitor incident lifecycle
- Support problem management to ensure preventive actions
- Prepare and deliver operational reports (morning reviews, major incidents, etc. )
- Prepare releases and support
- production testing - Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Requirements
- SQL
- Windows environments
- Dynatrace & Control-M
- Cloud knowledge (DMZR)
- Ansible & Jenkins
- Understanding of applications lifecycle and production environments
Languages
- English: Fluent
- French: Basic knowledge (nice to have)
