Academy Description

As part of our commitment to developing future talent, Amaris Consulting is launching the Application Support Academy, a training program designed to equip junior professionals with the technical and functional skills required to support complex applications across international clients.

Throughout this academy, you will receive

The Application Support Academy is aimed to:

• Provide solid foundations in SQL, Linux, monitoring tools, ITIL processes, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Prepare you to handle incident management, problem analysis, and application support tasks in real environments.
• Help you collaborate effectively with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Enable you to grow into a specialized Application Support Consultant within Amaris Consulting.

What You Will Learn

• Fundamentals of Application Support (L1/L2)
• ITIL principles: Incident, Problem & Change Management
• SQL basics & query troubleshooting
• Linux fundamentals (commands, navigation, log analysis)
• Monitoring tools & alert handling
• Communication in a support environment
• Best practices for documentation and operational procedures
• Real-case simulations guided by experienced mentors

Our Ideal Candidate

• Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 0–1 year of experience in IT or strong motivation to start a tech career.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in problem solving.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent English to communicate efficiently with teammates and clients worldwide.
