Job Description
Project: Within the IT department of GMR, the Market Risk team maintains a set of applications used by Natixis to calculate metrics that monitor the
- 's financial activities. These applications are used daily and there is a project to ensure high availability by providing technical support, monitoring and maintenance, including evolutive and corrective improvements.
Risk Monitoring and Production Support team is a centralized application support team operating in a sensitive and critical environment, providing specialized support on incidents raised by the IT Market Risk department. Supported applications are primarily written in Tableau, Java, C++, Scala, SQL and Scripting, with Hadoop, Oracle and Sybase databases.
Role — Responsibilities
- Work in L1 and L2 IT functional Support
- Provide production support with dedicated KPIs to
- users for all application issues and respond to queries in a timely manner - Investigate and debug logs
- Effectively manage and resolve production incidents
- Proactively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support
- Monitor applications in an effective way, compliant with established SLAs for the business lines
- Contribute to continuous automation and improvement of the applications
- Enhance user satisfaction by solving incidents/problems effectively and efficiently
- Ensure proper troubleshooting and incident
- up - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
